ABOUT NEIL HALLETT

I have over 20 years experience in the delivery of projects in a variety of areas, in civil, LNG, power stations, oil & gas, waste water and petrochemical in both the UK and Overseas.These are often extremely complex and involve a lot of planning, organisation and collaboration with clients and other sub contractors to ensure that they are delivered within set timeframes, budgets and to a high professional standard. Additional experience has been gained working within remote and challenging environments, making sure that all project facilities are maintained, highlighting any areas of concern and proactively addressing the same. It is also extremely important that governing health and safety guidelines and procedures are consistently adhered to. I am also proficient within construction, materials, plant, civil engineering and steel structure and ensure ongoing project reporting with the appropriate personnel. My experience to date also encompasses the leadership of multi disciplinary teams and by applying my leadership qualities, I am able to motivate individuals to not only achieve their own potential but to also make a significant contribution to the full delivery of common goals. I also work well with people for a variety of backgrounds and cultures and can control manpower through the appropriate recruitment of corresponding staff. As a strong communicator, I can formulate and foster beneficial relationships at all levels, with colleagues, clients and members of the senior management team alike and I am confident when working on multi-billion dollar projects that all milestones and schedules will be achieved. I am now seeking a challenging and rewarding new position where skills, knowledge and expertise gained throughout successful career to date can be applied and further professional development achieved.
