Along with his fellow Directors, Neil set up Mosaic Architecture & Design in 2009, drawing on his wide-ranging experience and quickly establishing the company as a leading design-led practice. He offers vision and leadership in all our projects ensuring the highest of standards, in both design output and client satisfaction. After studying Architecture at the University of Strathclyde, where he graduated with honours, Neil joined Elder & Cannon, Bradford Robertson and then Cooper Cromar in Glasgow where he worked on a mixture of workplace and major residential projects, and was appointed director in Responsible for overall design, management and procurement of large scale complex projects Neil maintains executive-client liaison throughout process. He is also responsible for reviewing practice performance and ensuring all client requirements have been achieved.
