T1D is loud. I help people turn the volume down.I\'m the Marketing Services Director at Studio 8E8, where we help dental practices grow predictably through story-driven marketing. We don\'t believe great dentists should have to become marketing experts just to attract the right patients. Our work combines strategic creative with performance marketing, because compelling stories without measurable results don\'t build practices.Over 500 doctors trust us to craft marketing that connects with patients they\'ve never met. We discover their story, activate it through performance marketing, and track results to keep growth predictable. Great design without strategy is just decoration. Strategy without execution is just theory. We do both.Outside of S8E8, I created Your Best T1D Year, a podcast and resource hub helping people with Type 1 Diabetes build sustainable habits without feeling consumed by the condition. I\'ve been living with T1D for 33 years, and I\'ve learned that managing it well isn\'t about perfection. It\'s about small, repeatable moves that build confidence over time.I\'ve also directed the award-winning feature documentary Bike Beyond (starring Nick Jonas and Victor Garber) and the short film Type 1 Day 1, both focused on the realities of living with T1D.I believe stories change behavior. Whether it\'s helping a dental practice clarify their message or helping someone with T1D treat a low without rebounding to 250, the work is the same: make complex things simple, make simple things stick.I\'ve worked with organizations including Blue Circle Health, Risely Health, Tandem Diabetes Care, Xeris Pharmaceuticals, and Beyond Type 1 (where I served eight years on the Leadership Council). My podcast releases episodes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I\'m currently writing my third book.I laugh way too much, talk too fast, and run too often.
