Senior Release Manager responsible for agile delivery of change for the banking lab within the Onboarding and Customer Communications Value Stream. Involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from incubation to deployment, and responsible for handling all readiness activities to enable change implementation in a multi channel environment. Responsible for all route to live activities and leading engagement with all external teams and platforms to facilitate the smooth delivery of Lab initiatives.
