I am in charge of leading the ministry of Young Life in city of Charleston, SC. This includes finding and training new leaders, leading and encouraging current leaders, developing committee (community adults), and fundraising our budget. Young Life is a non-profit organization designed to reach kids with the life changing message of Jesus. We do this by sending YL leaders to build deep and lasting friendships with kids. We go to basketball games, choir concerts, and lunchrooms just to have a chance to meet that next kid. Over time we learn their name, build the relationship, and thus earn the right to be heard.
