ABOUT NEIL FOX

Having worked in e-commerce/digital space for over 22 years, I have experience of pretty much every facet of the industry and have driven record sales through almost all the websites I’ve been involved with. This has been achieved through hard work, dedication and willingness to learn and share knowledge whilst being fastidious in making sure projects are delivered on time and budget. An excellent communicator, I am somebody who readily provides ideas and challenges the status quo. I’ve managed third-party teams, suppliers, agencies and investors. I pride myself on being an excellent listener, able to build relationships, manage expectations whilst not afraid to make difficult decisions and drive change if necessary. I’m equally at home liaising across internal departments and stakeholders of all levels as I am working alone. I strongly believe that trust is the key to success to every relationship. I know how to build the bond between customer and retailer whether that be by UX, design or content. With a background in sales, customer services and hands on website management, I have developed a keen eye for detail and the ability to solve complex problems with a customer centric approach. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed working with countless e-commerce tools and software.Since the mid I’ve been heavily involved in brand building and development both offline and online and have managed digital advertising having run my own campaigns, worked with digital agencies and hired for in-house.A leader of people, I know how to motivate, educate and promote within. I’m a huge believer in building morale and team players to become an effective and successful unit.
