1. Senior Project Planner

   Burns & McDonnell

   Dec 2021 — Present

   On site Lead Planner for Burns & McDonnell DLC Project Portfolio. Project consisted of 3 new power substations and underground distribution infrastructure, in the downtown area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Outline and design Progress Measurement system for tracking/measuring contractor progress. Perform drawing take offs to develop and maintain multiple project schedules and associated tools such as Progress Curves, Construction Metrics, and Progress Trackers for the Superintendents in the Field. Lead reviews throughout the execute phase to ensure schedule alignment and constructability. Participated in development of other construction tools for progressing using ArcGIS modelling software based off 2D IFC Drawings. Maintained ArcGIS construction tracker for progress weekly. Developed and maintained Level 4 project schedules for area specific completions plans. Created milestone interface schedules to allow contractor xers with different data dates to properly drive dates in the Master Control Schedule, allowing the project to utilize an integrated schedule for area specific scope. Developed Construction Dashboards including progress curves, construction metrics, progressing charts/tables, and ArcGIS for weekly snapshots to management.
