I lead race production and operations to ensure each race is athlete-focused, safe, and impactful.We have also expanded into the fast-growing global fitness movement with HYROX, a unique race format that blends endurance and functional fitness.    Lead planning and execution of HYROX events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional athlete experiences.• Oversee venue selection, setup, logistics, and adherence to global HYROX standards.• Manage equipment transportation, storage, and on-site readiness.• Build strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, communities, and athletes.• Recruit, train, and guide event teams, including referees and technical staff along with the Race Director.• Deliver top-notch athlete support across registration, event day, and recovery zones.• Support marketing and sponsor activations for enhanced event visibility.• Manage budgets and sponsorships while ensuring financial success.• Develop and execute contingency plans to address on-site challenges.
