Responsible for managing the design & construction of the world`s largest Tequila Distillery in Mexico with a team of internal personnel and consultants across a range of disciplines. The Distillery is being built on a green field site and requires all infrastructure and services to be constructed. The budget for this is £360M.The distillery will Produce L of Tequila a day will be carbon neutral and will have leading industry standards on energy / litre, water / litre of tequila. Using TVR, Thermo wells for preheating to reduce energy demand and this will come from 2 Biomass boilers. Water treatment plant will clean up 50% of the wastewater so that it can be used in distillery for non-product related applications.The design is complete, and we are in final stages of civils construction. The Process will start product trails in July 25 and all the supporting utilities will be commissioned just ahead of this HV supplies, Water Treatment Plant, Steam Plants and Wastewater treatment plant
