Over 20 years ago I started my journey in games and worked alongside fantastic and creative people, on a variety of great projects. What I learned was that at the heart of what makes me thrive is people. Bringing out the best of them through technology, and improving the tools they use, or through leadership and coaching. I now manage multiple teams and together we nurture and advance what the Unity Editor and authoring games are now and will be in the future. Constantly pushing so anyone can get their vision to screen as fast as possible.
