Responsible for staffing over 100 positions in editorial; Post Supervisors, Coordinators, Editors, Audio Mixers, Assistant Editors, etc. Responsible for the creation and oversight of all post workflow. Transitioned department from tape to a file based facility. Implemented multiple processes that saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars. Responsible for reviewing and screening all content for network delivery. Daily coordination with international partners and post facilities to ensure varied needs are met. Solicit, negotiate and manage contracts with multiple vendors.Able to thrive under tight deadlines and pressure, keeping both schedule and budget on track. Created a structured, collaborative team environment with a majority of freelance employees. In conjunction with production management, manage budgets well over $25 million.
