About Neil Coffman
I am a hard-working and attentive to detail person who does every task to the best of my ability. I\'m a professional engineer with a concentration in water resources and environmental. My work experience ranges from water/wastewater treatment, water/wastewater conveyance, water storage, storm/hurricane modeling, and infrastructure protection from flooding and sea level rise.I have a good background in many of the Civil Engineering fields such as geotechnical, structural, hydraulics, environmental, transportation, and hydrology. I enjoy learning about the different fields of Civil Engineering as well as the other engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, ocean, and chemical), and I always look for applications of my studies in the real world. I also look for applications of each engineering field in every project that I have the privilege of being part of. I graduated from FAU with a bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering in December of 2014 while running cross country and track for FAU for four years. I graduated with my Master\'s degree in Environmental Engineering in December of 2015. My goal in life is to benefit as many people as I can by helping to making the earth more sustainable and make people\'s lives easier with my designs. I especially want to increase awarness of water conservation while designing systems which are water and energy efficient and maintain high water qualities (ex: LEED). As indicated previously, my particular career interests lie in the water/wastewater quality, water resources, and hydraulic areas. However, I always enjoy learning about new concepts and software in every engineering field.
