Sold a significant uplift to the cash deposit facility of a client securing an additional $2.2bn of operational cash in 2022. Developed a pipeline of $14mm of new potential prospect RFPs in 2022. Won a significant TA RFP away from a competitor who had the business for 20 years. Introduced Treasury Services line of business to one of my Asset Management prospect names which resulted in a $2mm RFP opportunity. Exceeded sales targets for the last 7 years in a row. Relationships and Networking Continued to develop key relationships with clients at various levels of seniority to ensure deep knowledge of their business agenda and evolving needs. Leadership Coached and developed my team on their existing client relationships as well as creating strategies for penetrating new prospect clients. Team members were promoted to Executive Director and Vice President. Led the recruitment and hiring of 4 new staff into our UK team. Co-led Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work stream for Growing a Diverse Workforce across Securities Services globally. Diversity and Inclusion EMEA Co-head of Growing a Diverse Workforce Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiative in 2021. Moderated a DE & I Panel on Unconscious Bias and have been a panellist on a VP Promotion Panel.
