ABOUT NEIL CLASEN
I am the founder and managing partner of Ironstone Asset Management. We purchase non-performing debt secured by real estate for both our own portfolio and our partner investors. Our relationships with banks, hedge funds, and other investors give us the ability to secure control of properties at far below market value. This allows us to realize above average profits for our investors while giving homeowners an opportunity to save their homes. I have been a real estate investor, working with my own funds and partner investors for the last 17 years. I have been a successful business owner, professional athlete, and was able to take two years off to stay home with my daughter when she was born. I am also proud to be a Firefighter/Paramedic with Clackamas County Fire District # 1.
