Supporting new entrants in to the energy market, as well as providing services for existing energy suppliers. • Undertaking all SPA activities as requested by the client domestic & I&C • Providing onsite and offsite training and support to new entrants. • Managing all utility industry flows and, analysing failures/exceptions and providing resolutions to the client.• Running SQL scripts to produce weekly reports as request by the client.• Managing a central mailbox for queries submitted by the client and responding to all queries within an agreed timescale with the client.• Managing all MAM COS & bulk COA assignments, MAM queries as requested by the client as well working MAM reconciliation reports. • Managing the erroneous transfer and disputed reads processes on behalf of the supplier. • Managing gas AQ reviews/appeals and other gas settlement activity for suppliers. • Producing and analysing SPAA reporting for suppliers.• Managing the IGT SPA registrations/loss for a number of suppliers.
