ABOUT NEIL CADDY
Passionate about delivering relevant, entertaining and credible local radio & digital content across Cornwall, Plymouth and West Devon. I work with the fastest and most forward-thinking local media team. I apply my programming knowledge and commercial awareness to help maximise client profiles and produce the best awareness, advertising and marketing results. I enjoy managing, coaching and helping others to develop - giving people the chance to grow in confidence and expand their skillset is something I always aim to achieve. A former International Middle distance athlete, I represented Great Britain at many events and championships around the world - a highlight being the IAAF Track & Field World Cup in Johannesburg in 1998 at which I competed in the metres…finishing in 7th place. I am still Cornwall\'s fastest-ever at the Mile with a time of 3mins 55secs. I like to give back - I spent two successful phases as a one-to-one mentor with local secondary school students and 2 years as a primary school governor.
