We provide you with the furniture you need, reliably sourced from local and global manufacturers.We boast a portfolio of work that spans the Education, Public & Private sectors,including small office spaces to large campus developments.I manage and oversee the operations and commercial aspects of the business.I provide leadership and direction, making senior commercial decisions on a daily basis, negotiating contracts and managing performance of our supply chain, maintaining excellent customer service and assure delivery meets client expectation, managing logistics and transport to ensure it remains cost effective and viable to support our very high level of service and overall delivery performance.With a \'hands on\' approach, I also head up project management, daily work flows and installation planning ensuring work schedules are achievable and more importantly brought in on time and to budget. A key part of the project management process is managing resource efficiently to guarantee successful execution and completion of all projects small and large. I\'m also responsible for the business\' annual surveillance audits for quality/environmental management systems and certification including ISO 9001, 14001, FSC, FISP and safecontractor.The key to managing a successful operation at bof is to constantly review our business activities in line with market and industry trends, effecting change and implementing improvements, setting smart, effective and achievable targets is also crucial to the success and growth of the business.
