Responsible for multiple defense contracts in the UK, European and Australian regions with a combined revenue of £60 Million. Projects encompass system engineering studies with design, delivery and commissioning of both hardware and software for electric ship propulsion systems within the Naval industry, liaising with teams of government officials, auditors and shareholders. • Primary lead for the successful rectification of a transfer of work of the marine line from the UK to Germany, and applying lessons learned to successfully complete an independent transfer of work from Germany to France. Currently involved in setting up a supply chain in the Australasian region to transfer both product knowledge and manufacturing capability from the UK to Australia. • Experienced in high value claims resolution working with internal and 3rd party legal teams.• Expanded on previous post project handover roles by providing site management for commissioning of multiple projects in parallel.• Experienced in front end bid submission for potential future projects.• Knowledge acquired through working in all departmental areas of the projects life cycle from invitation to tender, order to remittance, through to commissioning and handover provides a deeper understanding of internal customer requirements ensuring an efficient and effective transition between the stages of the projects life culminating in satisfying all external customer expectations.
