Having been involved in both maintenance and process engineering from floor level to management level in some of the largest FMCG companies, I feel that my experience in introducing modern engineering techniques such as Team Development and championing performance targets, along with utilising lean engineering tools and machine improvements which would assist with operations within a modern manufacturing business. I would also like to develop my career further into a significant management position and thus be able to have a greater responsibility and vision for achieving the full potential and efficiency of the plant and also improving motivation and commitment of all associated engineering personnel
