I have worked within the security industry for almost 15 years, holding positions ranging from Core Commercial Seller, National Accounts Manager to branch and Regional Management. I believe my key skills are sales and people management. I have been very lucky to work with some of the top industry professionals and have trained and supported sales people into top end industry professionals. Three and a half years ago I was at a crossroads in my career, having been made redundant, and took the path with my now co-director to set up MCM Alarms and have never looked back.
