Reservoir Engineer / Manager with 20+ years of industry experience throughout all organizational levels. • Led all technical evaluations including field development, reserves, budgeting and acquisition & divestiture for Lilis Energy. Explored strategic alternatives to increase company value. • Managed reserves at corporate and/or asset levels for Lilis Energy, Pioneer Natural Resources and Matador Resources, all publicly traded companies. • Led reservoir engineering in multi-disciplinary field development efforts in the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Cotton Valley and onshore Gulf Coast. • Led Matador’s reserves & budgeting group from a private start-up to a successful $650MM IPO. • Led real-time lookback of Pioneer’s experimental completions design performances to provide technical basis for the following year’s ~$1 billion completions budget. • Integrated frac models with numerical simulator to optimize spacing & stacking of horizontal shale wells. • Evaluated and executed 30+ A&D opportunities across the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford & Haynesville – the largest of which led to $130MM divestiture. • Strong academic background in both engineering and business (PhD/Texas A&M in Petroleum Engineering, MBA/Rice).
