Project Manager responsible for ensuring that assigned projects were managed and completed on time and within budget, working closely and communicating progress to customer management teams as well as coordinating the activities of internal multi-disciplined teams including mechanical engineers, fluid engineers, electrical engineers, robot engineers, control system engineers, purchasing, expeditors, quality engineers, stores control, production, mechanical and electrical assembly, in-house build, in-house commissioning, factory acceptance testing, dismantling, packing, shipping, site installation, site commissioning, site acceptance testing, document control and operation and maintenance manuals.\\\\n\\\\nResponsible to: Operations Manager\\\\n\\\\nAchievements - successfully completed 2 of the most challenging projects on the KUKA\'s books at the time, a 5 cell 23 robot production line for Nissan Qashqai tailgates which was completed with a team that was 90% outsourced, followed by taking on the completion of a 2 robot Nuclear cell for handling nuclear waste, a project that had become 12 months late and had missed all its previously agreed milestones, but as a team we achieved all deadlines after that time\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
