Neidy De Jesus is the Director of Research and Human Resources at MedBest, a Senior Living Executive Search Firm. She serves in two vital roles since she is an excellent multitasker, passionate about people, results-driven, and tech-savvy.Neidy is credited with developing and building the Research Department. She continues to train the Research Team and is currently spearheading the department’s expansion. In addition, she is responsible for vetting and implementing new technologies that will keep MedBest ahead of the pack. Her specialty areas of research and sourcing are Senior Living Regional, C-Suite, and Senior Care IT positions.Neidy works hard to ensure that best practices and approaches are taken to propel MedBest forward on its tremendous growth trajectory.As the HR Manager, she has the employee’s best interests at heart.
