ABOUT NEHA PATHAK

Dr Neha Pathak is Senior Associate Dean at Hult International Business School, leading academic quality, faculty strategy, and curriculum innovation across global campuses. She also serves as AI Lead and Undergraduate Campus Lead, shaping institutional strategy for the responsible integration of artificial intelligence across teaching, assessment, and faculty development.She began her academic career lecturing in economics and statistics before moving into senior academic leadership. She holds a PhD in Economics and has held leadership roles at institutions affiliated with the University of London and Lancaster University.Her research spans organisational behaviour, monetary policy, and the global banking sector, with a growing focus on AI in marketing and human resource management. Her cases and thought leadership have appeared in Harvard Business Impact and Thinkers50, and she has published case work with The Case Centre. She has presented at the British Academy of Management and the Chartered Association of Business Schools.Dr Pathak serves as Viva Chair for the DBA programme at Ashridge Executive Education and leads Faculty Development Programmes focused on strengthening academic practice, innovation, and institutional capability.She is committed to advancing rigorous, inclusive, and future-focused business education.
