Solving puzzles and mysteries was and is something that I love. So obviously, getting into the \"details of the detail\" is what I am best at, that is precisely why my current role as the Digital Risk and Controls functional lead excites me. The why, the how, the when, the who and the what next - I am the one you call to fix things in \"the right way\". Add a touch of digitization, automations and innovation to it and that sums-up a day at work. My purpose is to do good each day and working for Unilever - a company with such clear and strong purpose just makes it a win-win situation for me. I am a strong believer in the power of people so empowering and grooming talent is one of my key drivers. Delivering measurable results along with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes programs in a global environment are my strengths. A continuous learning enthusiast, I have certifications including ITIL, CRISC, ISO27001-LA, CCSK, SOX, ITGC, Azure Fundamentals and more to come.When I am not solving a problem - you will find me painting, listening to music, doing a DIY, dancing or having a long conversation with my 11yr old about life, mental health, relationships, and more. There is a whole lot to learn from the younger generation and I love the \"edge\" they bring to every discussion - keeps me on my toes:)
