Processing payroll in multiple software like- Razorpay, Zoho, Keka, People HR and making salary payments. Prepare statutory returns – PF returns, ESIC returns, Professional tax, Labour Welfare fund returns, Income Tax. Managing income tax declaration and proof of investment submission by employees as per income tax law every year. Preparing payroll audit report on monthly basis. Ensuring Pay slips updated to the employees with in time. Prepare Full and Final Settlement of the employees.
