Navigating 10+ yrs in advertising strategy and more recently Product StratOps between Paris and Dublin. In addition to my full-time Strategy & Operations role at Google, I am a certified mindset & career coach specializing in helping expats master their mindset for the life and career they aspire to live. My commitment to this work is backed by a Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring from Kingstown College, Dublin – accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) – and over 150 hours of dedicated coaching training and practice. This means I bring both expertise and a whole lot of heart to every single session. My own journey has been quite an adventure – my professional path to Google didn\'t start in coaching nor business. It began back in 2012 with a liberal arts degree and French major from Pune, India, and the dream of moving to Paris for 2 years. Well, those two years turned into a thrilling decade, where my curiosity for data and advertising led me to incredible opportunities. During my career, I\'ve navigated roles in advertising strategy, digital marketing, and product strategy & operations, including my current role at Google. I\'ve partnered with C/B-level leadership to unlock business growth via product adoption and media effectiveness, and I\'ve mentored early-career talent in the industry. My experience building leadership and digital strategy skills at a global creative agency (working with L\'Oréal) and in social analytics at a tech startup (for global FMCG and luxury clients) has shaped my approach. Multilingual (English, French, Hindi), I am always interested in connecting to discuss all things digital, social, and human behavior in the era of AI - so feel free to reach out (preferably with a note!)
