ABOUT NEHARIKKA VIIJ
As a Corporate Lawyer my practice areas include corporate & commercial laws, labour & employment and aviation laws with special focus on aviation contracts. I am an active member of the aviation law practice group and have worked comprehensively with a leading international airline pertaining to their regular commercial operations, agreements with third parties, etc. across all its operating jurisdictions. I have also worked on corporate compliance for many companies which amongst others involves advisory on regular matters like those related to appointment of directors, auditors, issuance of shares, increase in authorised and paid up share capital of companies, shifting of registered office, alteration of Memorandum and Articles of association of companies and maintenance of secretarial records. Further, I have experienced in conducting legal due diligence and advising on labour & employment compliances to foreign companies setting up business in India. To my credit, I am a young but keen writer and have authored two books namely, Law and Technology and International Trade Law under Universal Law Publishing House an Imprint of LexisNexis.
