I am a Mechanical Engineer with 2 years of experience in machine building and research and development, primarily in the medical device industry. My background includes designing and developing innovative machinery, such as vertical and horizontal reflow machines, which are essential for the reflowing of medical tubes.I have successfully led the development of several key projects, including the catheter, an advanced solution for liver cancer removal that integrates complex electronic assemblies. Additionally, I engineered specialized machines like the expansion machine for tube expansion and the skiving machine for creating precise eye holes in multi-lumen and single-lumen medical tubes.My expertise encompasses a wide range of skills, including new product development, quality engineering, CAPA and NC processes, root cause analysis, ISO 13485 documentation, and quality assurance.
