A Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering, currently serving as the Region Finance Business Partner at Hilti India. Focused on delivering actionable insights and financial guidance to optimize sales strategies, revenue growth, and profitability, with a proven track record in enhancing forecast accuracy and budget alignment. My mission is to support the business strategy of a $100 million market by providing insights, analysis, and guidance on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, OPEX optimization, and sales compensation. I have led and contributed to several cross-functional and cross-country projects, such as launching a customer trade-in program, restructuring the compensation metrics of regional managers, improving the information management system on a global scale, and designing and establishing a globally standardized training platform for controllers across APAC.
