I am a finance enthusiast with a passion for accounting and a desire to work for a large firm. I have a bachelor\'s degree in business administration with finance as a major from GLS Institute Of Commerce, and I am currently pursuing a master\'s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Hertfordshire, graduated in Sep 2023. Since Jan 2022, I have been working as a process associate at GrowQ Private Ltd, a US-based trading client, where I handle order management, billing, finances, and quality reports in accordance with the client\'s regulations. I have also gained experience in process compliance audits, market intelligence analysis, transactional monitoring, and agent coaching and feedbacks from my previous roles as a quality analyst at Etech Global Services and a content writer at Shivalaya Academy. My core competencies include process management, financial reporting, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. I have also participated in various extracurricular and co-curricular activities that have enhanced my communication, leadership, and competitive skills, such as Model United Nations, financial planning events, and competitive mindset workshops. I am motivated by learning new things, solving problems, and contributing to the success of the team and the organization. I am eager to apply my knowledge, skills, and passion for finance to a challenging and rewarding role that will allow me to contribute to the success of a reputable organization and advance my career goals.
