About Neha Sheth L Kulkarni
Neha L Kulkarni has been working in the development (or social) sector, specifically in the education domain, since 2016. She has designed data management systems for multiple educational projects using ODK and trained field teams on the use of ODK over a period of 3 years and has provided technical support to organizations wishing to digitize their data collection processes. This experience has allowed her to understand the nuances of remote data collection while being sensitive to both - requirements from the field as well as from sponsors. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE, Mumbai, now IIM, Mumbai) and has been involved in the field of analytics since 2014. She also has had diverse experience in IT and has worked with TCS, Tata Motors and Idea Cellular, giving her a total corporate professional experience of 5+ years. Now she is combining her knowledge of coding, management and analytics along with her passion for social causes, to provide support to grassroot NGOs and Institutions in enhancing their data management capabilities to enable them to make data-driven decisions. She is currently providing freelance consultation services to organizations in M&E and related domains, volunteering as a Secretary for the Maharashtra Balshikshan Parishad (an ensemble of educationalists and education-revolution-enthusiasts), training teams and students in Statistics and ODK, and also pursuing a Masters of Arts in Education.
