Current Project – Construction and Supervision of LPG Berth and Barge Berth at JSW JPLManaging execution of marine piling and land piling works (750 mm, 800 mm, 1200 mm, and 1400 mm dia), precasting operations, and in-situ concreting for LPG berth, barge berth, and MHS stacker projects.Experienced in jetty construction, repair, and maintenance works, ensuring long-term functionality and durability of marine structures.Preparation and verification of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per IS code compliance for accurate reinforcement planning.Supervision of precast element construction, erection, and in-situ concrete works, as well as building construction and civil infrastructure development.Project monitoring and control – tracking project progress, cost, feasibility, and schedule adherence to deliver milestones on time within budget.Cost management and resource optimization, ensuring maximum efficiency and budget-friendly execution.Reviewing and approving technical drawings, GFC documents, method statements, and Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.Conducting site inspections, quality audits, and material testing, verifying material certifications and ensuring strict compliance with IS standards and client specifications.Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, ensuring zero-incident work culture and statutory regulatory compliance.Coordination with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and streamline site execution.
