Hello! Thank you for taking an interest in my work:) I’m a Psychologist with an MA in Applied Psychology. I currently work at the intersection of public health and systems-level change, holding a full-time role in healthcare consulting at Ernst & Young, while also practicing as a sessional psychologist with Anahat.life. My one-on-one work with clients continues to shape how I approach broader initiatives in healthcare development, research, and policy. In addition to these roles, I design and facilitate workshops on mental health and have over three years of experience as a mental health writer. Through my writing, I hope to destigmatize mental health and foster meaningful awareness. As a mental health professional, I’m deeply committed to preventive care and systemic impact.
