About Neha Jain

I am a senior organization leader with more than 15 years of experience in data and decision science, AI implementation, business and strategy insights, predictive workforce analytics, new data capabilities, proof of concept opportunity development in business strategy, client service operations, talent management and product management space. Over the last 13 years, I have been working with Gartner - the leading member-based advisory company with mission to unlock the potential of organizations and leaders by advancing the science and practice of management. The firm is known for its research, advisory and talent analytics capabilities that comprises contrarian thinkers and problem solvers, academic geeks and passionate inventors. In my recent roles, I led a 100+ members Service Advisors team at Gartner, driving at scale client outreach, service productivity, and client engagement and retention efforts for Client Services Organization. More recently, I led the Product and Growth Programs team and drove sales productivity initiatives for Gartner sales organization.I currently lead the Digital Product Management, Technology Innovation and AI team - propelling the art and science behind driving high client retention, engagement, seller productivity through compelling innovations. I also led CEB (acquired by Gartner, in 2017) predictive analytics team, where I helped advance our members and clients\'​ talent management knowledge and capabilities by building and investigating new analytic capabilities and proof of concepts and improving firm\'s talent data assets to enable greater use in our products and solutions. In this role I headed the India Talent Management Labs team, which did the R&D for all talent investigations and initiatives across verticals and the strategic research team.I am passionate about leading the Women at Gartner chapter, an initiative that is more than just a powerful networking opportunity, it\'s a chance to be part of a grassroots effort within a global company to support colleagues and lend an important voice to issues concerning woman at work. The central idea being to affect policy change and create a better environment for everyone.When I am not at work, I love caricaturing, reading books, and sharing food recipes around.
