Cyted Health is a gastrointestinal molecular diagnostics company dedicated to improving early detection and prevention of esophageal adenocarcinoma through innovative, minimally invasive technologies.At Cyted, we are shaping the future of digestive health by developing non-invasive diagnostic solutions that allow conditions of the oesophagus to be detected and treated earlier. Our focus is on expanding access to these innovations so that more people, in more places, can benefit from timely and affordable care.As COO at Cyted, I lead laboratory, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, project management, service operations, and people teams, ensuring that strategy translates into seamless and timely delivery.I have overseen the design and growth of a state-of-the-art high-throughput histopathology lab with integrated molecular R&D facilities, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance (ISO 15189, ISO 13485, ISO 27001). My work spans guiding our device product pipeline, scaling national pilot rollouts, and bringing the EndoSign Cell Collection Device from concept to CE Mark/510(k) approval.I focus on frameworks that empower teams, enable continuous growth, and most importantly, improve how patients are diagnosed and cared for.
