About Neha D.
Most people in market access come from pharma or the provider side. I\'ve done both — and before either, I was an early employee at a maternal health startup, helping grow it from pre-seed to Series A. That\'s not a typical trajectory. It means I speak three languages most people in this industry only speak one of — startup hustle, provider operations, and pharma rigor. I know what a payer contract looks like from the clinic side. I know what a manufacturer needs from the health system side. I know what it takes to move fast when the runway is short and the mission is urgent. I build partnerships where all parties feel like they got a real ally. My work spans pharma commercialization, market access, women\'s health, and health tech. I\'m particularly drawn to problems at the commercialization frontier — where the science is proven, the path to patients is unclear, and someone needs to build the operating model and the relationships to close that gap.
