As a joint general manager handled operations management of two of the most premium airbases of Indian Air Force that includes providing air traffic services, runway and apron maintenance, management and maintenance of aircraft rescue & fire fighting equipment and related machines worth of 150 crores.2. Co-Organized Air Force Day Flypast along with a dedicated and extremely talented team of 10 air traffic controllers from Hindon airport in 2021. The team was involved in controlling 120 aircraft worth thousands of crores at a given time, parking plan, pre-flying briefing and ground-coordination.3. Planned and coordinated runway resurfacing project for 2023-24 in an efficient manner to accommodate construction work on the runway without hindering active flying operations at the military airfield, resulting in 25% time reduction to completion.4. As an Overall coordinator of one of the major EXERCISES of Eastern Air Command, Prepared the parking plan for all the outstation aircraft, with limited dispersal available. Lead the coordination team during the exercise to avoid any conflict between military and civil aircraft. Oversaw all aspects of Aircraft rescue & Fire Fighting Operations, leading a team of dedicated professionals in emergency response and fire supression efforts.
