Urban designer with a passion for creating people-centred places and listening closely to what cities have to say.I’m currently working as a Graduate Urban Designer at Edge Urban Design in Birmingham, where I continue to develop my practice across urban frameworks, public realm strategies, and spatial layouts rooted in lived experience. My work sits at the intersection of design, context, and everyday use from early concepts to deliverable urban strategies.Previously, I worked at Muse Architects in Manchester, contributing to site-responsive schemes across RIBA Stages 2–4. This experience grounded me in UK planning, policy, and technical design, and taught me how design intent is shaped by regulation, context, and real-world constraints.I hold an MA in Architecture + Urbanism from the Manchester School of Architecture and am a COA-registered Architect, with interests spanning inclusive urbanism, heritage-led design, and spatial justice. I’ve also completed the Urban Design Lab Writing Cohort (2025) and continue to write and reflect on how space influences behaviour, culture, and belonging.Outside practice, I’m an active member of the Urban Design Group, regularly attending talks and events, and I’m keen to support others navigating careers in urban design or finding their footing in UK practice.Often you would find me walking cities, overthinking streets, or dancing to Bollywood music far too loudly.
