As a Senior Staffing Consultant at Globant, a leading digital transformation company, I am responsible for tracking and fulfilling the current demands of the IT clients across various accounts and business units. I work closely with the recruitment team, the bench pool, and the vendors to ensure the optimal utilization and movement of the associates within and across the locations. I have almost 5 years of experience in resource management, vendor management, employee relations, and talent development, having worked previously as a Resources Management Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services, one of the largest IT services providers in the world.
