   Purchase Management:Manage IT software purchasing for enterprise client as per the needs of various projects, scope includes tactical sourcing of IT software, renewals of IT software, supplier negotiations, processing orders & tracking deliveries.Maintain compliance with respect to internal procurement policy, approval chains, global policies and processes.Verify requisitions for completeness and accuracy, follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department and identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item.Corresponds with publishers/vendors regarding RFQs, contracts, deliveries, and technical queries and commercials negotiations.Obtain proposals from suppliers. Ensure the proposal is in-line with the requirement. Evaluate and negotiate for the best possible bid with earliest delivery commitment.
