She has close to two decades of experience in representing patent matters for leading companies, and regularly counsel clients on IP strategy and portfolio management. Her practice focuses on patent drafting, filing, prosecution, searches, oppositions, providing patentability, invalidity and infringement opinion.A biotechnologist-turned-lawyer, Neha is a qualified attorney and registered patent agent.With profound understanding of complex technical issues, Neha has been successfully representing clients across diverse areas of technology including Pharmaceuticals, Chemical and Life Sciences. Her long and varied experiences equip her with the ability to provide solution centric advice tailored to the commercial goals of clients, and secure patents of precedential value. She is additionally involved in innovation capture, strategic IP management and IP risk mitigation related activities for R&D of multinational companies, and is certified in Licensing and R&D Collaboration Essentials. Her people-skills and in-depth knowledge of the Indian Patent Law enables her to think and advise across diverse platforms and lead successfully through initiatives aimed at setting up of new processes with operational efficiency.
