Learnt collective action and game theory in classroom, experienced it on field. Tested the principals of team and project management with my own team and found out they really work beautifully. Took the decision to return to the grassroots, in the middle of a progressing career, to gain more understanding and saw how poverty, gender and caste play a crucial role in the lives of people. Experienced the pressure of government officials and met some really hardworking people who are all up for a positive change in the society.
