Playing a pivotal role in strategic decision-making during deal reviews for the DXC Leadership Team, by identifying and mitigating risks in contracts and ensuring process compliance, thereby fostering a culture of compliance. Providing legal counsel on various business issues to the DXC Business Team, contributing to informed decision-making. Collaborating with support functions such as Business, Finance, Privacy, Treasury, Supply Chain, and Secretarial teams to mitigate risks, review deals, and complete necessary documentation. Coordinating with Regional/Managing Counsel to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality services to DXC, adhering to published guidelines and processes, conducting team trainings, sharing knowledge, and overseeing legal operations. Facilitating and conducting trainings for Counsels, Contract Managers, and new joiners as needed, ensuring a well-equipped team. Liaising with external counsels to secure legal support and expertise when required. Assisting in regulatory compliance and risk management efforts to uphold legal standards and safeguard DXC\'s interests.
