Import – Export data using various techniques like PROC IMPORT, PROC EXPORT, LIBNAME, INFILE. SAS Functions (like Date, Numeric, Character, Special). Conditional Statements. Operators (like Arithmetic, Logical, Comparison). Options (like keep, Drop, Rename)- R PROGRAMMING Data Import & Export using packages like (readxl, rio, haven, writexl). Data Types & Functions. Manipulating data using using dplyr, sqldf, and arsenal packages for summarizing, filtering and transforming data. String handling using the stringr package. Transposing and reshaping data using the reshape2 and tidyr package. Generating clinical reports and formatted documents using the r2rtf package. Creating Tables, Listings and Figures (TLFs) using R for comprehensive data reporting in clinical trials.
