As the General Manager, Head of Access Governance and ITGC at A.P. Moller - Maersk, I lead a team of professionals who ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of the IT systems and processes across the global organization. I have over 14 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance, with a strong background in SAP audit, internal audits, and finance. I hold a B.Com degree from St.Xaveirs College, and I am a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and Chartered Accountant (CA) from India. I joined Maersk in 2015 as a Senior Advisor, and progressed to the Manager and General Manager roles, where I have successfully implemented and executed various initiatives and projects to enhance the IT governance and compliance framework, mitigate risks, and optimize performance. I am passionate about delivering value and excellence to the business and the stakeholders, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and trust among the team and the partners.
