About Neha Mistry

I am an HR Professional, I have been working into industries like Pharma, Tours & Travels, Real Estate as HR Generalist. I have completed my International Masters in Business Administration, specified in HR with flying colors from University of Wolverhapmton. In my masters I have Worked on the projects of proposing marketing plan for the Wolves brand in India and proposed a marketing strategy to establish Wolves brand and fanbase in India.I also worked on a yearlong dissertation on “Critical analysis on communication strategies for effective change management in organization” a live project on leading multinational bank under the guidance of the executive director of the same. Also merger and change management strategies of Vodafone and Idea. I have extensive knowledge and passion about learning and development, employee wellbeing and employee sustainability. And I keep learning and researching about the same to uplift my skills. I always look forward to be creative/innovative about whatever I am working into. My greatest gift is multi-tasking without breaking a sweat. In my current working area, I look into initial process of recruitment, onboarding documentation, developing learning content for LMS, and coordinating other HR activities. In my previous employment with ACG, I use to look after activities like planning, executing and coordinating trainings; Admin activities, Canteen management, employee engagement, coordinating events with EHS and CSR department. I am quite adaptable; handling change with grace is in my nature and love to stay ahead of the learning curves and always curious about what’s next? I want to contribute my talent in creating an transforming and sustainable culture wherein wellbeing of People, Organization and environment cannot be compromised; where diversity is encouraged with rightful attitude of inclusion and acceptance.
