With over 2 years in HR roles, I have developed a strong foundation in human resource management, employee engagement, recruitment, and organizational development.I began my career with a 1-month HR internship at Taurus Hard Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd, which gave me an early understanding of HR functions. This was followed by my tenure as an HR Executive at Taurus Hard Soft Solutions for 6 months, where I further honed my skills.
