I build AI products that make complex infrastructure smarter and the teams running it, faster.With 11+ years in deep-tech product management, I work at the intersection of AI, enterprise infrastructure, and autonomous network operations on products where the stakes are real: network failures cost enterprises millions, and AI that network teams can\'t trust doesn\'t get used.Currently at IBM India, as the product manager for IBM Network Intelligence (INI) — an agentic AI platform that helps enterprises accelerate their shift from reactive monitoring to fully autonomous network operations. INI combines analytical and reasoning AI into a dual-intelligence system that understands data across silos and domains, generates iterative hypotheses for root causes, and drives or recommends fixes across multivendor and multidomain environments. The platform is built on four integrated layers that I work across end-to-end:→ Data Pipeline — scalable ingestion of streaming and historical telemetry across metrics, events, and logs → AI Pipeline — domain-trained time series foundation models with ultra-low latency inferencing and early warning anomaly detection that catches issues before they trigger alerts→ Semantic Network Context — grounding the AI with network-specific documents like MOPs, configuration guides, and knowledge base content to provide context for root cause analysis → Agentic Framework — AI agents that create multiple hypotheses, build remediation plans, and execute fixes either autonomously or with humans in the loop via seamless tool and API integration.My work spans the full product lifecycle collaborating with IBM Research on AI agent architecture, defining LLM-powered workflows with engineering, and translating enterprise operational pain into roadmap priorities to GTM. The core challenge I\'m solving today is how do you make AI trustworthy enough that a network operator hands it autonomous control? is one of the most consequential problems in enterprise AI right now.Before IBM, I built connected mobility and IoT infrastructure at Cavli Wireless and Reliance Jio — across 4G/5G/NB-IoT platforms, smart metering, and vehicle telematics deployed at scale for Bajaj Auto, Honda, and Hero MotoCorp. Managing 100K+ device ecosystems taught me what it means to build products where hardware, connectivity, and software must work together without fail.What drives me is building at the frontier — where AI meets infrastructure, where research becomes real operations, and where the product you ship has to perform when everything else is breaking.
