I currently lead the E-Commerce /Quick Commerce strategy and operations at Numero Uno, driving growth across our DTC and marketplace channels. I’ve launched and now manage our Shopify website. while overseeing performance marketing on Meta, Google. A big focus is on conversion rate optimization, using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify to monitor key metrics like AOV, conversion rate, CTR, bounce rate, and inventory turn.I own the full eCommerce P&L and oversee everything from tech and logistics to UX and customer experience.I work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, email, and operations teams to align goals and drive efficiency.
